His personal journey has shaped his deep understanding of the challenges, strengths, and everyday realities faced by people with disability and their families. It’s this lived experience that sits at the heart of everything Wayne does.
Driven by empathy, respect, and a strong belief in dignity and choice, Wayne founded Global Disability Support Services to create a service that truly listens, genuinely cares, and puts people first — always. Wayne Started Global Disability Support Services to ensure this need in the industry was Serviced professionally and correctly managed. We ensure all our staff are well trained and well managed.
